（中央社台北14日電）中國大陸民航局今天在官網針對三星（Samsung）Note7手機發出安全警示，提醒旅客不得在機上使用Note7或充電，勿將Note7放入托運行李中托運，並禁止將Note7作為貨物運輸。
大陸民用航空局指出，依據大陸「民用航空危險品運輸管理規定」及國際民航組織「危險物品安全航空運輸技術細則」中，關於禁止運輸由製造商查明存在安全缺陷的鋰電池，各航空公司不得運輸三星公司召回的Note7手機或其使用的鋰電池。
而非召回的Note7手機及其使用的鋰電池，各航空公司應對其航空運輸的風險進行評估，並採取確實措施確保航空運輸安全。
大陸民航局並要求各航空公司應盡快透過官網等管道，告知旅客上述訊息。各航空公司也可根據實際情況制定更嚴格的運輸措施。公告指出，大陸海南、首都等航空公司已明確禁止旅客攜帶三星Note7搭機。

亞洲女子高球界最重要賽事之一「2016中國信託女子公開賽」，本周9月1日至3日在桃園龜山區東方高爾夫球場開打，主辦單位中國信託商業銀行副董事長陳國世，29日率領中信銀行贊助的兩岸旗下女將盧曉晴、林子麒、葉欣寧、郭艾榛與中國新秀石昱婷等人，一同揮桿進行開球儀式，為比賽揭開序幕。
這場比賽總獎金500萬元，共有來自台灣、中國、日本、韓國、泰國、馬來西亞等國共108位職業女將，角逐冠軍獎金100萬元。
陳國世29日賽前記者會表示，這場比賽是中信慈善基金會董事長辜仲諒，秉持先父辜濂松推廣台灣高球運動與贊助優秀選手所舉辦，今年邁入第5屆，由於適逢中信銀行成立50周年，特別邀請世界排名第29的旅日女將盧曉晴返台參賽，且將她的高球成長心路歷程拍成紀錄片，藉此鼓勵年輕後進的學習榜樣、勇敢追夢。
29日賽前記者會首度播出盧曉晴的「1個人的戰場」紀錄片，影片中詳細描述她小時開始學打高球的辛苦過程，以及一路走來如何從失敗與挫折中重新站起，最後終於憑著堅持、毅力與決心，享受到勝利榮耀，對青少年選手具鼓勵作用。

中國信託女子公開賽本屆仍在30日舉辦的職業╱業餘配對賽作公益，凡是在配對賽中擊出小鳥，中國信託就捐出2萬元，獵鷹捐5萬元、1桿進洞捐50萬元、雙鷹捐100萬元，全部善款將捐給中國信託慈善基金會長年支持的「臺灣夢－兒少社區陪伴扎根計畫」，協助全臺灣18個偏鄉社區的弱勢孩童生活及教育資源難題。
國立台灣藝術大學打造「大台北藝術節」，其中，首屆「大台北當代藝術雙年展」將於11月7日登場，屆時將有來自法國、英國、美國、中國大陸、日本、香港、澳大利亞、義大利、土耳其及捷克等地，共30位藝術家來台展出作品。
台灣藝術大學今天(19日)舉辦宣傳記者會，校長陳志誠表示，這次力邀法國哲學暨漢學大師朱利安(Fran?ois Jullien)擔任客座策展人，朱利安以「去相合」為這次雙年展命題，意即藉由後退幾步，以便創新與創造。陳志誠說，朱利安從哲學思考的角度，希望創作是能不受干擾，不斷湧現新的可能。
台藝大說，這次將啟用即將整建完成的北側校區眷舍作為展場，並結合學校的「有章藝術博物館」，共構新興藝術聚落，期盼「大台北當代藝術雙年展」在東、西方藝術匯流下，能喚起本土創作者的藝術靈魂。
